Yoga Body Space is a yoga studio located in High Constantia Centre, offering Yoga, Meditation, and regular Workshops which offer practitioners opportunities to increase their knowledge and deepen their practice. Classes are led by highly trained teachers who are intensely student-focused. We are a non-heated studio, offering Vinyasa, Iyengar and Yin-style classes—a broad range of both strong and therapeutic practices.
While we do not offer specifically ‘beginners’ classes, we will happily direct you to the classes that are beginner-friendly, and will support you with warmth and caring as you find your way into the Yoga that suits you.
More seasoned practitioners will enjoy the quiet and focused energy of the space and the classes offered.
We feel strongly that Yoga begins with mindfulness and relaxed breathing. To support this, we maintain a meditation room for students who would like to have a still and quiet place to sit at any time of the day.
In addition to yoga, we offer massage therapy, reflexology and other nurturing modalities for when the body is in need of a bit more assistance to move with ease.
