It is a little hard to believe that we are well into the first month of this new year... 2017. When I think back to late February 2016 when I first found out about this empty basement/abandoned restaurant and thought. . . yoga studio!. . . I am amazed at my own naiveté/courage/blind faith/what-was-I-thinking. But here I am, which has nothing to do with me, and everything to do with YOU-- those of you who arrive day after day to practice, or drop in when you are in town, and even those of you who have just practiced here once or twice. ALL of you truly lovely individuals have given energy and substance to what we are, and what we are becoming--a place to pursue a deep yoga practice, to start brand new, to laugh, to enjoy phenomen...
