Claudia started practicing physical yoga nine years ago and has been teaching since 2010. One of her first yoga teachers was Jim Harrington and she went on to complete a 200-hour Teacher Training Course with him. Claudia focuses on a detailed alignment in her classes and tries to delve deeper into the philosophical aspect of yoga.
Claudia is a nature geek and an outdoor enthusiast. Outdoor activities make her feel at peace and inspire her to live a happy and balanced lifestyle. She regularly leads Yoga Hike events, combining her two passions. She feels that Yoga is much more than a yoga class, it is a way of life!
