Move & Meditate
This class is specifically designed to be an early-morning practice. The practice will begin with simple exercises to activate the glandular and lymphatic systems and mobilize the joints.

These gentle movements will be followed Sun Salutations, invigorating standing and seated asanas, and concluded with relaxation and 10 - 15 minutes of seated meditation.
