Have you ever attempted a 30-Day Yoga Challenge?
Not the 30 classes in 30 days type of challenge, but rather a quite decision to come to your mat everyday, in some shape or form for 30 days.
Show up on your mat; show up for yourself.
We would like to lovingly challenge you to do just that: 30 Consecutive Days of Yoga
Think of it as a 'commitment' or 'self-immersion' or 'exploration' of where you are in your practice at this moment.
The guidelines are simple--come to a class,
do a self-practice at home, find a quite place to sit and follow your breath (aka, Meditate.) All yoga counts, regardless of vigor or length.
To encourage you. . .
For the 30-Day Period of 17 Nov. to 16 Dec.

BUILD A SELF-PRACTICE by learning the Chandra Krama Moon Salutation Sequence
21 November to
R800 for the
In this 4-week Immersion, you will learn and practice the Moon Sequence.
This sequence of postures is both restorative and energising.
It is especially theraputic for shoulders, hips, knees and lower back. The Sequence is highly accessible for beginners and will help any student deepen their understanding of body and breath, as well as develop mental focus. Each student will progress at their own speed and capability, lead by Ben Hemson-Struthers, a certified teacher of Chandra Krama. This is a set sequence of postures that will be introduced methodically and taught by repetion with constant supervison and attention from the teacher. Students should plan to attend all sessions to fully benefit from these teachings
"I have practiced many forms and sequences of yoga and have found Chandra Krama one of the most balanced and accesible sequences. As it is easy to learn, it helps any student develop a sense of confidence and awareness of their spine, limbs and most importantly their breath." --Ben Hemson-Struthers
"The slower you move, all the way to sitting in meditation, the more subtle is your awareness." --Matthew Sweeney, Founder of Chandra Krama
My heart over-flows with gratitude to all who teach and work and practice here.
