It is a little hard to believe that we are well into the first month of this new year... 2017. When I think back to late February 2016 when I first found out about this empty basement/abandoned restaurant and thought. . . yoga studio!. . . I am amazed at my own naiveté/courage/blind faith/what-was-I-thinking. But here I am, which has nothing to do with me, and everything to do with YOU-- those of you who arrive day after day to practice, or drop in when you are in town, and even those of you who have just practiced here once or twice. ALL of you truly lovely individuals have given energy and substance to what we are, and what we are becoming--a place to pursue a deep yoga practice, to start brand new, to laugh, to enjoy phenomenal and caring teaching, to have a great massage, or just hide out in the mediation room. Yoga Body Space ticks a lot of boxes.
We are in the last week of our abbreviated Holiday Schedule and will return to our Full Schedule Monday 16 January.
We are very excited about our new meditation class. Every MONDAY from 6:15-7pm Johnathan Whelan and I will 'hold the space' and give guidance durning this 45-minute FREE CLASS. Whether you are interested in developing a meditation practice or would just like to join others sitting quietly at the start of each week, this time will support you. ALL ARE WELCOME.
