New to Yoga
Types of Classes
April 23, 2017
Allison Tipton Milner
We are heading into the last week of April, most of us welcoming the cooler weather and all of us hopeful for the coming rains.
It is also quite sobering for me, looking at the calendar, to realize that Yoga Body Space is approaching it's First Anniversary--3 May!!
What rewarding and challenging and inspiring year this has been. . . my heart overflows with gratitude, daily.
But before I get ahead of myself. . . Here is next week's schedule with teachers:
If you haven't practiced with us for awhile, you should know that we have made some changes that are making our studio an even nicer place for your yoga practice.
We've refined our schedule of classes, added a few spa services and opened up our self-practice studio, which will always be staffed by a yoga instructor.
We always welcome your feedback on our classes, schedule and services; if there is something you particularly like or an area in which we can do better, please let us know.
PLEASE CHECK THE EVENTS PAGE--to get up-to-date on the offerings for MAY.
We have a 21-day Yoga Challenge, a Yoga 101--Beginners Course, and a Build a Self-Practice Workshop.
In addition to these special events, we are adding some extra classes to the schedule--NOTE STARTING DATES:
4 MAY--a new meditation class--Thursdays 9:45-10:30am
5 MAY--2 Options for Fridays @ 8:30am: 8:30-9:30 Foundational Vinyasa; 8:30-9:45 Intermediate Vinyasa
23 MAY--2 Options for Tuesdays @ 8:30am: 8:30-9:30 Set Sequence; 8:30-9:45 Intermediate Vinyasa
We hope to see you on your mat soon!
